The 2019 season is not over for Marbella Bride yet, we have weddings right through to November, but it's slowing down at least and at last, we have more time to ourselves, before we are busy with 2020 clients! It's been one hell of a busy year for our wedding and event team, once again we worked our magic, to produce some amazing weddings and parties, that brought sheer joy to our clients! It's been hard work, sometimes amounting to 18 hour days, in 40-degree heat, as we battled through the peak of summer here in Spain. However, job satisfaction when your clients are beaming with delight, well that has to make it worth all the effort!
One of the year's most memorable weddings was for Sarah and Mohamed from the USA, who chose a pre-wedding rehearsal dinner at Finca Amalur, followed by a wedding reception in Finca Villa Palma. Coming from the USA, but with family in Dubai, the wedding was a very international affair, with just over 120 guests from many parts of the world. Day one saw them enjoy a luxury buffet, flamenco show and a few hours with Dj Mark Antony as a warm-up to the upcoming wedding. Day 2 they enjoy a fabulous ceremony, cocktail hour and seated dinner at Finca Villa Palma. Entertainment was provided by the fabulous Cool Fire band, followed by Dj fire, with Demian Sax and Annya on her electric violin, it was a seriously fun party! Our team took care of the styling, sound and lighting, stage and of course, coordination.

Susan and Todd were coming from the USA and by self-admission, they were a "different" couple, who wanted a very unique style of wedding. A lovely Spanish Cortijo was the chosen venue, where they enjoyed an intimate, but a fun wedding, which concluded with a really good wedding band (Alice and the Wonderband). The ceremony took place inside the villa, in front of the stylish fireplace surrounded by candles. Instead of the traditional flowers, Pampas Grass was the chosen decorative flora. The Minister was Padre Peter, one of Marbella's best-known officiants.
Audrey and Ali enjoyed a beach ceremony and an amazing wedding reception in the stunning Puro Beach club near Estepona. It was a beautiful sunny day filled with love! They enjoyed a relaxed Cocktail style lunch by the pool, followed by a big party, with English, French and Iranian music, to mark their international family cultures, thanks to the talented Dj Mark Antony. Audrey's love of turquoise shined through in the stying of the wedding and Marbella Bride even lit the venue up in turquoise color lighting for the late evening time.

Femke and Nick come from the Netherlands (Holland) and Femke had clear ideas on the sort of location they wanted. They chose a beach club venue, but as it was early in the year, dining was transferred to inside. It was a really fun wedding, filled with music and laughter, as well as love! Nick and Femke chose Nicolas on Spanish guitar for the ceremony and Latino Turner for the Cocktail hour. The party was conducted by the amazing Dj Tristan and everyone left on a total high, what a day!

Shannon and Tomi came from the UK and always wanted to have their wedding in Marbella, a place they had visited many times. Taking into account budget and preferences, the venue search led to the booking of Finca Amalur, a specialized event venue in Marbella. It was a very warm July wedding, but the party went on well into the night, they also enjoyed the talents of Dj Mark Antony, Anthony Jiminez sax and Dj Fire, for a rocking party!
