A wedding at the Cabane beach club. 

The Los Monteros Cabane beach club is a lovely place for a wedding, Sarah and Adam had visited many times and just knew it was the venue for them! However, they made the mistake of thinking the "in house" coordinator was the same as a wedding planner, when in fact, they rarely are! After booking the venue and having the in house wedding coordinator change half way through, a lot of confusions took place!  Trying to Juggle a complicated home life, Children, work and dealing with the venue, while trying to plan the wedding they had dreamed of, became a big chore! Things got a little messy, confusion set in with the clients and the venue! Sarah had originally contacted Mark of Marbella Bride, regarding our excellent Dj service, but on meeting with him, she decided it was a good idea to let us take over and rescue the wedding! 

With Just 3 weeks to the wedding, our team and trusted suppliers sprang into action!  We immediately contacted the venue, to ensure the confusions and questions were cleared up and we then became the one point of contact, to prevent further mistakes. The photographer had not been sorted, but Fran of Even Pic jumped in to help, then the cake, which was made for her by Omaya, one of our excellent cake makers. Sarah wanted the wedding to look magical and so we went to work to make it just that! Pink and white balloons in the pool, matching the wedding colours, LED lighting, fairy lights and a giant LOVE sign adorned the pool area for the dinner. The party room was dressed with our VIP Dj show and our Dj Samson was accompanied by the most talented of musicians, to give an unforgettable show that will remain in memories for years to come! We also set up and designed a Cigar Bar, with an assortment of fine Cigars as a treat for the guests who like a cheeky smoke! Mark stayed on site to coordinate the day and the magic happened, just as we hoped!

Sarah and Adam wanted the Entertainment to be first class, we contracted a top notch string quartet for the wedding ceremony, a latin band for the cocktail hour, a saxophonist and a house violinist, ensuring quality entertainment throughout the wedding. Of course, Marbella Bride also took care of the audio needs of the day, providing microphones where needed and installing our own audio systems for the acts to use, a much neater way to go about the day!
