Spanish cakes are more like "tarts" and often that cake the venue may include in their package will be a "one type fits all" cake, maybe not to your taste! Cold Transportation.

It's now essential by law.

A new law in Spain has suggested that cakes and tarts must now be transported in a refrigerated vehicle, something that many of the Coasts cake makers do not have. In the past a cool box or air conditioned vehicle may have been enough. We now get around this problem using a specialist courier service, "Seur Frio". Once you have agreed your cake with our suppliers, we will provide a transport quote to your wedding venue.

If you are looking for a wedding cake maker for your wedding in Spain, it's a good idea to check that they have the correct legal paperwork and hygene certificate. Not only will this be required for the cake to be brought into some wedding venues, but it also means much less chance of poisoning your guests!
